આજે પૌત્રી બનીને આવી
દિલના પ્રેમસરોવર મધ્યે
એવા કમળ બનીને આવી
બાપુ બેનાના ચહેરા પર
મંજુલ સ્મિત બનીને આવી
મૃદુલ મીઠા સ્નેહ ઝરણમાં
સૂર સંગીત બનીને આવી
બુલબુલ મેનાના કલરવમાં
વિધિનું ગીત બનીને આવી
એવા ઉત્સુક અધીર અષાઢે
શાંત સમીર બનીને આવી
